Service Description

Become immersed in local plants while attending our introductory edible and medicinal plant hikes. Learn how to become one with nature via food and medicine. With over 15 years of foraging experience, education, and training; our lead guide and biologist Lee a.k.a. Natty will take you on a sensory experience observing multiple plants, trees, and shrubs and giving an overview of what edible and medicinal properties are present. Course Price Includes: -Two hour guided plant tour with "Natty" *(our guide is trained/certified as a Wilderness First Responder) -Post hike beverage and snack in parking lot with guide and group -Food For Adventure stickers and SWAG Course Price does not include: -Water or water bottle for plant hike *We recommend bringing at least 1-2 liters of water or other fluids for the hike -Snacks while on hike *Snacks will be provided for the group POST HIKE, but we recommend you bring a small snack while out hiking) **Food For Adventures DOES NOT provide transportation for any clients registered for any course/class. Your are solely responsible for your own transportation to and from the course location**
