About the Recipe
Definitely a family and fan favorite, our "Backcountry Butterfingers" can be made at home or in the field. We took a childhood classic and added more chocolaty crunch! Enjoy this calorie dense snack anywhere!
Ingredients
1 Box Reg. (Salted) Triscuits
Peanut Butter
Sea Salt
Chocolate Almond Bark
Preparation
Step 1
Prep snack by spreading 1/2 tbsp. of peanut butter between two triscuits
Step 2
Melt almond back (low heat) in a non-stick pan
Step 3
Use tongs to dip each sandwich into melted chocolate *(cover both sides good)
Step 4
Place on waxpaper or silicon mat & top each with a pinch of sea salt
Step 5
Let Butterfingers sit for 30 min to harden. Store in fridge
